Yesterday 10 strangers – today an engaged team!

After three years of dedicated development, the ๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐’๐ž๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  (๐ข๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ ) framework has exceeded my expectations with a successful ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ฉ๐ญ during our first big-scale project with customers. This result has allowed us to ๐ค๐ข๐œ๐ค ๐จ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ข๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ง๐ž๐ซ ๐๐ž๐ญ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค last week.

iBsing is designed to address two pressing issues faced by many large corporations:

This holistic approach is made possible by the expertise of our iBsing partner network, consisting of top specialists in areas such as IBP, S&OE, SCOR, Six Sigma, Lean, Hoshin Kanri, Kanban, Scrum, Machine Learning, Mindfulness, Non-Violent Communication, Cynefin, PRINT, Gallup Strengths, Sociocracy, and more.

Before the two-day workshop, the ten experts I had invited for the iBsing partner network did not know each other and I was not sure about the team chemistry and the ๐ฅ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ž๐ง๐ ๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ we could achieve. To test the team dynamic, we applied the iBsing approach by focusing 80% on “๐ž๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ง๐ ” and “๐ž๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ” ย while limiting formal teaching to <20%. The results were outstanding – we utilized ๐ข๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ ’๐ฌ ๐ค๐ž๐ฒ ๐ž๐ฅ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ, including sense-making interviews to collect and synthesize individual perspectives related to the transformation, PRINT 1:1 coaching, team workshops, NVC conflict resolution techniques, and IBP for the HELIBLICK GmbH, and we developed governance processes for the iBsing partner network.
