The 3rd Law of IBP

The energy cost of doing good things must be lower than the energy cost of doing bad things!

In Alpine folkloristic tradition, St. Nicholas and his devilish companion Krampus are visiting children:

πŸŽ…St. Nicholas praises the children for their good deeds and rewards them with mandarins, figs, dates, and nuts.

πŸ‘Ή Krampus punishes misbehaving children with a birch.

I never liked that approach. Nevertheless many organisations apply a similar method to drive behaviours and performance of employees in business.

Integrated Business Sensing (iBsing) is an effective framework to encourage the π’“π’Šπ’ˆπ’‰π’• π’ƒπ’†π’‰π’‚π’—π’Šπ’π’–π’“π’” by building critical organisational and cultural enablers.
