Remaining proactive towards year-end

What can we do to avoid a shift from a 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 S&OP to 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 S&OP towards the second half of the year? I am curious about your experience and suggestions!

The 𝐭𝐨𝐩 5 𝐢𝐁𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 to achieve the financial targets 2021 whilst remaining proactive and focused on the organisational purpose:

1️⃣ implement/ 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐒&𝐎𝐄 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 and create effective transparency on the essential supply challenges

 

😳 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 going through the roof ⇨

2️⃣ implement a 4𝐃𝐄𝐱 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞

 

🥴 Low 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 due to bad decision-making ⇨

3️⃣ implement a 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 for operational issues and 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 for process & system improvement
