Last week’s iBsing call was an inspiring experience, starting with an insightful teaser by Neil MacLeod on “One Set of Numbers,” followed by fantastic breakout sessions that delivered amazing insights.
After analysis of the material developed in the 20-minute breakout session, I’d like to share my three key conclusions:
What is the BENEFIT?
Creating complete 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒚 and aligning 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒚 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒆𝒙𝒆𝒄𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 through the use of a single set of numbers can greatly enhance 𝒅𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏-𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 and organisational 𝒆𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒚. This can lead to increased team 𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 and improved overall 𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆.
What are the ESSENTIALS?
While certain 𝒔𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒎, 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬, and 𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 requirements are necessary to achieve “one set of numbers,” it is important to recognize that the primary driver of success lies in the 𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆 and 𝒃𝒆𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔 of the individuals involved.
What is the REALITY?
The truth is that 7̳0̳%̳ 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒔 associated with achieving “one set of numbers” stem from our behaviours and attitude
I’d like to express my special thanks to Neil for the engaging session and to each individual participant for exchanging brilliant insights in our peer network of IBP practitioners.
The next call, scheduled for 24th April, will focus on moving from shadow behaviours to best self-behaviours in IBP! The registration link is in the comments.
