Last week’s iBsing call was an inspiring experience, starting with an insightful teaser byΒ Neil MacLeodΒ on “One Set of Numbers,” followed by fantastic breakout sessions that delivered amazing insights.

One Set of Numbers

After analysis of the material developed in the 20-minute breakout session, I’d like to share my three key conclusions:

What is the BENEFIT?
Conclusion 1:
Creating complete π’•π’“π’‚π’π’”π’‘π’‚π’“π’†π’π’„π’š and aligning π’”π’•π’“π’‚π’•π’†π’ˆπ’š π’˜π’Šπ’•π’‰ π’†π’™π’†π’„π’–π’•π’Šπ’π’ through the use of a single set of numbers can greatly enhance π’…π’†π’„π’Šπ’”π’Šπ’π’-π’Žπ’‚π’Œπ’Šπ’π’ˆ and organisational π’†π’‡π’‡π’Šπ’„π’Šπ’†π’π’„π’š. This can lead to increased team π’†π’π’ˆπ’‚π’ˆπ’†π’Žπ’†π’π’• and improved overall π’ƒπ’–π’”π’Šπ’π’†π’”π’” π’‘π’†π’“π’‡π’π’“π’Žπ’‚π’π’„π’†.

What are the ESSENTIALS?
Conclusion 2:
While certain π’”π’šπ’”π’•π’†π’Ž, 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬, and π’π’“π’ˆπ’‚π’π’Šπ’›π’‚π’•π’Šπ’π’π’‚π’ requirements are necessary to achieve “one set of numbers,” it is important to recognize that the primary driver of success lies in the π’‚π’•π’•π’Šπ’•π’–π’…π’† and π’ƒπ’†π’‰π’‚π’—π’Šπ’π’–π’“π’” of the individuals involved.

What is the REALITY?

The truth is that 7Μ³0Μ³%Μ³ 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 π’„π’‰π’‚π’π’π’†π’π’ˆπ’†π’” associated with achieving “one set of numbers” stem from our behaviours and attitude
