Last week’s iBsing call was an inspiring experience, starting with an insightful teaser byΒ Neil MacLeodΒ on “One Set of Numbers,” followed by fantastic breakout sessions that delivered amazing insights.
After analysis of the material developed in the 20-minute breakout session, I’d like to share my three key conclusions:
What is the BENEFIT?
Conclusion 1:
Creating complete ππππππππππππ and aligning ππππππππ ππππ πππππππππ through the use of a single set of numbers can greatly enhance π
πππππππ-ππππππ and organisational ππππππππππ. This can lead to increased team ππππππππππ and improved overall ππππππππ πππππππππππ.
What are the ESSENTIALS?
Conclusion 2:
While certain ππππππ, π©π«π¨πππ¬π¬, and ππππππππππππππ requirements are necessary to achieve “one set of numbers,” it is important to recognize that the primary driver of success lies in the πππππππ
π and ππππππππππ of the individuals involved.
What is the REALITY?
Conclusion 3:
The truth is that 7Μ³0Μ³%Μ³ ππ πππ ππππππππππ associated with achieving “one set of numbers” stem from our behaviours and attitude
I’d like to express my special thanks to Neil for the engaging session and to each individual participant for exchanging brilliant insights in our peer network of IBP practitioners.
The next call, scheduled for 24th April, will focus on moving from shadow behaviours to best self-behaviours in IBP! The registration link is in the comments.
