How to improve trust in S&OP?

In 2000,ย Charles H. Greenย has described the insightful Trust-formula: โ€œ๐“๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญโ€ = (โ€œ๐‚๐ซ๐ž๐๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒโ€ + โ€œ๐‘๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐š๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒโ€ + โ€œ๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐š๐œ๐ฒโ€) / โ€œ๐’๐ž๐ฅ๐Ÿ ๐Ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐งโ€

There are three variables in the numerator that determine โ€œTrustโ€:

The variable in the denominator is the most critical one, but what is โ€œ๐‘บ๐’†๐’๐’‡ ๐‘ถ๐’“๐’Š๐’†๐’๐’•๐’‚๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’โ€?

In my view, โ€œ๐˜ด๐˜ฆ๐˜ญ๐˜ง ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ต๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏโ€ could refer to the personโ€™s focus, whether the person is acting out of the โ€œShadow Selfโ€ or the โ€œBest Selfโ€.

โ‡จย โ€œ๐’๐ก๐š๐๐จ๐ฐ ๐’๐ž๐ฅ๐Ÿโ€ โ€“ you are automatically reacting to certain triggers
โ‡จย โ€œ๐๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐’๐ž๐ฅ๐Ÿโ€ โ€“ you are conscious about personal needs and are responding accordingly to certain triggers
