Focus on Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a cross-functional process to integrate all the plans in the business (commercial, marketing, new product development, manufacturing, sourcing, finance) into one integrated set of plans. The process and system capabilities have improved significantly over the last decades, however, behaviours such as silo-thinking, firefighting, withholding information, driving personal agendas are often undermining the organisational success of IBP.

Integrated Business Sensing (iBsing) is complementary to IBP and is focuses on the organisation and people aspects of Business Management.

The iBsing framework is inspired by different concepts, frameworks, models and methodologies (Mindfulness, Non-Violent Communication, U-Theory, PRINT, Cynefin, Reinventing Organisations, Sociocracy 3.0, Holacracy, Essentialism, Toyota Kata...) which are then condensed into a systematic framework with a customizable toolbox.
