My nickname is Heli, like the short form for helicopter. In complex business environments I recognized, taking a helicopter view is essential to keep a “healthy spirit” and to unleash the full potential at work.

On my 50th birthday I started a new chapter in my life and professional career. The name is program! Enabling leaders and organisations in holding space for consciousness in business to nurture team engagement and boost organisational performance.
