Whilst the organisational leadership team is accountable for organisational development, each π’Šπ’π’…π’Šπ’—π’Šπ’…π’–π’‚π’ π’†π’Žπ’‘π’π’π’šπ’†π’† is accountable for the own personal development. As an organisational leader, you can work on organisational development, you can work on your own personal development – 𝒅𝒐𝒏’𝒕 π’•π’“π’š 𝒕𝒐 β€œπ’…π’†π’—π’†π’π’π’‘β€ 𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒑𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆!
