In last week’s iBsing pioneers call we discussed 𝐈𝐁𝐏 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬. Whilst everybody strongly agreed about the importance of common IBP principles, the outcome of the different breakout sessions were quite different.
⇨ Group 1 came up with 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 and argued to “keep it 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞”.
⇨ Group 3 came up with 𝐟𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 and argued that things are more complex, and all of those principles are 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 to sustain a successful IBP.
Whilst I like the pragmatic approach of group 1, I lean towards the holistic approach of group 3. How about you?
I would like to thank all the participants for the excellent discussions leading to new insights and learnings around IBP!
