About bicycles and supply chain planning solutions…

30. August 2021

Why walk a long distance, when you can ride a bicycle?

Why run S&OP in Excel, when we can use better tools?

The ๐›๐ข๐œ๐ฒ๐œ๐ฅ๐ž is a brilliant human invention, of which we can make the most if weโ€ฆ
โ‡จunderstand the requirements
โ‡จselect the appropriate one
โ‡จlearn how to ride it
โ‡จkeep on improving our fitness
โ‡จcontinuously care for a good set-up and maintenance of the bicycle

Working with fragmented excel-sheets, monitoring โ€œhuman interfacesโ€ and manual data-crunching is a huge resource investment and not satisfying. Supported by a good tool, a planner will be much more effective and create ๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ๐ฎ๐š๐›๐ฅ๐ž ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ๐ฌ for S&OP decision-making.

I am interested to hear about your experience with SC Planning systems!

PS: If your organisation is investing in a โ€œSupply Chain Planning solutionโ€ and wants to unleash the full potential, I can support you in making the journey successful and enjoyable.
